Cooking on fire is a great thing, we ​have a co-fire in the garden (and are ​planning for a real pizza oven) I am ​more into vegetables than meat. And ​also a lover of a good glass of wine. ​Plan is to share some pictures & ​recipes on this site.

I am definitely a foodie, loving to make & eat great food. Favourite kitchens are Indian, Viernamese, Chinese, Thai, French & Italian. But no trouble mixing or fusing them. Sourdough bread, tempeh, miso & kombucha are my home-made fermentation goodies.
