26 Nov 2024 This beautiful fruit is called Buddha’s fingers or Buddha’s hand. It’s like a super fresh lemon with only zest, no pulp. Used part to sprinkle over a pasta dish. The rest I will ferment to become like ‘citron confit’ #fermentation
