Paris has a great choice of restaurants. A lot of classical ones, but also less traditional winebars like Freddy's. The restaurant is named after the grandfather of one of the owners, who (after a good glass of wine) couldn't recall any names, and called everyone "Freddy"

Little dishes, a constantly changing menu and a lot of great wines by the glass.. No website (just Instagram), no reservation (just a waiting list) Therefor not a place to go for a large group dinner, but perfect for a party of two or a solo-dinner..
